As per city attorney Steve Zollinger the requirement for having the attics sprinklered in buildings #3 and #4 have been amended. Although not required by the City of Rexburg it is highly recommend the attics on these occupancies be equipped with fire sprinklers. The accessibility to the buildings from the north, through a neighboring property, may come into question in the future, hindering the fire department from potentially saving lives and protecting your property. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me regarding this matter. If there are any questions or I can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to call. Sincerely, Mardy Weekes
