Lots of existing notes as well as new ones
regarding building codes. Pay close attention to
them.
Mechanical room is toward the front of the
house. If you plan to gent those appliances to
the back pari of roof, know that the off set on
gas appliance venting cannot be more than
751/c of the vertical rise of vent.
Site plan not to scale. Dimesions should work.
Be sure to have the LAYOUT INSPECTION
done BEFORE DIGGING.
Floor on submitted compliance report is dor
over unconditioned space i.e. crawl space,
garage). Floor quer outside air is to meet
requirements of attic insulation. REScheck stili
passes but any changes will require a new
REScheck report.
Pay attention to the several hold downs on
plans. Also be sure to fallow engineering nates.
Truss details had some errors. Correct details
will be needed for framing inspection.
Missing sheet 7 on one of the copied plans.
Review notes placed on sheet 7 of original red
stamped drawings.
