Fir ori -site construction, from time to time the building official, upon notification from the permit holder or his agent, shall make or cause to be made any necessary inspections and shalt either approve that portion of the construction as completed or sha!l notify the hermit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to comply with this code. 1.0 LAYOUT: Lot corners staffed, staking in place for building, prior to excavation: 2.
