Building Permit
The building permit application requires payment of the following:
1) Building Permit — calculated on the size of the building by square feet
2) Plumbing Permit for Non -Commercial — calculated using number of fixtures
3) Plumbing Permit for Commercial — cost of plumbing calculation
4) Water and Sewer Permit — calculated by type of occupancy
S) Water Meter and Parts — calculated by the size of the water line
6) Frontage Fees (If required by the Public Works Department)
Business License-'$20.00 annual fee with $10.00 inspection fee
Contractors License - $20.00 annual fee
