The total occlipant number for the upstairs i's greater than 99 and therefore two sets of stars at least 44" wide are required for egress. 2. Provide details thatidentify how the requirements of SBC See ion 704.1 1 Will be met. 3. The 2 -hour dears at the firewall must be self closing. Identify an the plans. 4. If building is not sprinklered, the maximum length of a dead. end hallway is 20' as per IBC Section 10 16.3. Nuke the necessary changes to the plans. S.
