Dear Johnny, 16 Engineered S7 stemmsAssocialesq Inc. MECHANICAL -ELECTRICAL - ENGINEERING 315 W. CENTER, POCATELLO, IDAHO 83204 TELEPHONE - 208-233-0501 FAX - 208-233-0529 D. SUDWEEKS, P.E. R. RICE, P. E. In response to the City of Rexburg review comments concerning the required plumbing fixtures on the subject job I offer the following: 1. This is a private facility - therefore separate finale/female toilet rooms are not required as per 2902.2 exception 1. 2. The IBC square footage building occupancy load is 106 persons (however, there will never be that many people in the building at one time). Assuming 53 male and 53 female - Table 2902.1 would require one toilet/25 employees and one toilet/75 visitors, We have 6 toilets which meets these requirements. Feel free to call if you have further questions. Sincerely, IENGFgFFRED SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES, INC.
