thence along 2380 West Street the next two courses: 1) thence Northwesterly, 31.68 feet
along a curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 90°45'50" and a
chord that bears N 44'44'17" W 28.47 feet; 2) thence Northerly, a distance of 44.38 feet
along a reverse curve to the left having a radius of 55.00 feet and a central angle of
46° 13'46" and a chord that bears N 22°28' 15" W43.18 feet; thence N 48'43 101 " E 168.45
