Upon review f building. permit 405 00227 issued in July, it has been discovered that the building

has been , was calculated on a $2.600 building valuation.. The actual valuation is
$42,000 which generates a fee, of $561.92. Therefore, $478.67 is the balance owed for the above
building permit,
T know that this request comes as somewhat of a surprise to you. We were also surprised by such a
small valuation associated with such a new building. Payment of this balance is required prior to
issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. Your timely payment of this balance will be greatly
appreciated.
