Standards:
1. ,End wall to end wall shall not exceed 160 feet
max. spacing between and must contain at least 2 of the following:
a. _Recess (e.g., deck, patio, courtyard, entrance, or similar feature
that has a min. depth of 4 feet.
b. ,Extension (e.g., floor area, deck, patio, entrance or similar
feature that projects a min. of 2' and runs horizontally for a min. of
4 feet; and/or
c. Offsets or breaks in roof elevation of 2 feet or greater in height.
(To include up/down, sideways, or gables out from ridge).
2. Eyes from the street. (Applies to all or partial story)
_All building elevations visible from the street will have 60% of the
front (measured horizontally in lineal feet) with a
-Min of 30% of the side elevations.
And must contain at least 3 of the following:

Balconies _Porches
_Gables Dormers
_Recessed Entries
_Cupolas or towers
_Eaves min 6 inch
_Decorative cornices
_Window trim min 4" wide
_Decorative patterns on exterior finish
—Scales/shingles
_Wainscoting
_Ornamentation
_Similar features
_Offset in building face or roof ( min. 16")
_Alternative feature providing relief
_Covered porch entries
Pillars or posts
_Bay windows
_Balconies
