Dear Kirt,
We are the owner of the property at 355 %2 W. 2nd S. in
Rexburg. We have no problem with the zone change at
355 W. 2nd S., but we want the Planning & Zoning
Commission and City Council to be aware that we have 2
access' through the subject property.
We must be assured that both access' remain open, so we
may still access onto 4" West and 2" South.
When we purchased our property we were assured by
legal documents that we have 2 legal access'.
If the commission or city council have any questions
regarding these access', they may contact our attorney,
Gordon Thatcher.
