The said property is located at 710 North 2nd East in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: A tract of land lying in Madison County, State of Idaho, in the SW Quarter Section 17, Twp. 6 N., R. 40 E., Boise Mer., and particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of Section 17 a found vault and monument; thence North 89 °31'34" East along the south line of said Section 17, a distance of 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°11'06" East and parallel to the west line of Section 17 a distance of 175.01 feet; thence North 89°31'34" East and parallel to the south line of Section 17, a distance of 192.84 feet; thence South 00°28'26" East and perpendicular to the south line of Section 17 a distance of 175.00 feet; thence South 89°31'34" West along the south line of Section 17 a distance of 194.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. November 7, 2000.
