Plan Amend.NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, August 9, 2000 at 7:10 P. M., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, and before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, August 16, 2000, at 7:40 P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding the Annexation and Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. The said property is located at 710 North 2°d East in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: A tract of land lying in Madison County, State of Idaho, in the SW Quarter Section 17, Twp. 6 N., R. 40 E., Boise Mer., and particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of Section 17 a found vault and monument; thence North 89 °31'34" East along the south line of said Section 17, a distance of 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°11'06" East and parallel to the west line of Section 17 a distance of 175.01 feet; thence North 89°31'34" East and parallel to the south line of Section 17, a distance of 192.84 feet; thence South 00°28'26" East and perpendicular to the south line of Section 17 a distance of 175.00 feet; thence South 89°31'34" West along the south line of Section 17 a distance of 194.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. August 8, 2000 and August 15, 2000, respectively.
