This decision was made to Sheila Kellogg, Administrator, Ashton Memorial Hospital by the Attorney General's office. Because of this decision our City Attorney and Mr Millar have determined that this facility would fit under the category of a hospital and would be permitted at that location which is zoned H.B.D. Sincerely, 7 Rose Bagley, City Clerk Ashton Memorial, Inc. PO Box 838 Ashton ID 83420 652-7461 July 6, 2000 Steve Zollinger, Esq. Attorney at Law City of Rexburg RE: Youth and Family Renewal Center 299 Technology Way Rexburg, ID Dear Mr. Zollinger, This letter is to confirm the agreement for the modular building to be placed at the above location. Both ECIPDA and Ashton Memorial, Inc. understand that the modular building has been approved on this site for a three (3) year period of time. At the end of this time, the building must either be removed from the site or we will need to return to the City Council for a continuation of this permit. I have met with John Millar, Public Facilities Director, on this date regarding locating the modular building directly north of the east wing of the present building. This location meets the City Council's recommendation for the specific site and Mr. Millar has also found the site acceptable. Please feel free to contact me if you need further information. Sincerely, SheilaKellogg Administrator
