M., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, and before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, September 6, 2000, at 7:40 P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding the a request for zone change from Highway Business District (HBD) to High Density Residential (HDR). The said property is located at approximately 450 S. 4" West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Commencing at a point that is 130 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 4 of the Klingler Addition to the Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 115.5 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence West 115.5 feet; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. August 22, 2000 and September 5, 2000, respectively.
