M., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, and before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, August 16, 2000, at 8:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding the proposed rezoning to provide as follows: The owners of the following described property are requesting that it be rezoned to H.D.R. (High -Density Residential) to allow for multi housing to be built. The property is currently zoned M.D.R. (Medium Density Residential). The said property is located at 559 So. 4'" West, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Lot 3, Block 5, and the West 14 rods of Lots 2 and 3, Block 8, Klingler Addition to the City of Rexburg, Idaho. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. August 8, 2000 and August 15, 2000, respectively.
