That plat shows the Nielsen Family Trust property in Block 5 Lot 3 and the West 14 rods of Block 8 with diagonal blue lines in the pink highlights (indicating MDR zoning). Lot 4 Block 8 of the Nielsen property lays in HDR already. As you will note, the property east and north of the Nielsen property is zoned HDR. My request is for re- zoning the Nielsen property to HDR, which would then include all property east of the Rexburg canal, a natural barrier or transition point.
