These parcels are high- lighted i h- li kited on the attached Annexation History Map. One of these areas is a petitioned annexation by the prop rty owners. Sewer service is already extended to the Rexburg Heights ubdi i i n on South Second East and Poleline Road. Water and Sewer serviceslave been extended south on 5th Wet Street to the Smith and Luth.y Parcelsthat have petitioned the council for annexation. The net result is that there is a reduction in tax of appro imat ly $60.04 per $120,000 of taxable value.
