Box 280 Rexburg, ID 83440 Re: Annexation & Zoning Fees 80.69 Acre Mixed Use Development Northwest of 7`h South & Old Hwy. 191 Dear Ms. Hansen: 11/20/00 I have previously submitted an application for annexation and zoning for our proposed development northwest of 7`h South & Old Hwy. 191. I am submitting the required $200.00 fee to accompany the application for inclusion on the December 13, 2000 Planning Commission Meeting. The annexation application incorporated a total area of approximately 80 acres know as the Jensen Farms. The Proposed development includes a commercial area on 18 acres near the intersection of 7" South & Old Hwy. 191. North and west of the commercial area, 40 acres of townhouses and apartments are proposed. The development also includes 3 acres of industrial near the 5`h West & Old Hwy. 191 intersection. Finally, the northwest portion of the site is devoted to 18 acres of single-family residential. Amenities include a 2 acre park that is centrally located (and functions as a storm retention pond). I have attached a project summary sheet (for your reference) that was passed out to the neighbors at the November 09, 2000 Neighborhood Meeting.
