NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, September 27, 2000 at 7:20 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers of the City Building of 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, and
before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, October 4, 2000, at 7:50
p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding a zone change from Light Industrial (LI) to Highway Business District (HBD).
The said property is located at 10 Barney Dairy Road, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is
described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 18 of the Original City of Rexburg Townsite,
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons
and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will

way Business District (HBD).

At such hearing the Planning and
Zoning Commission and the City Council
