NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, January 24, 2001, at 7:15 p.m., in the City Council
Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding Annexation to the City.
The said property is located at 1556 West Main, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as
follows:

Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 24, Twp. 6 N., R. 39 E., Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho, thence South 89°49'26" West, a distance of 182 feet along the section line;
to the true point of beginning; thence North 0018'18" West a distance of 223 feet; thence South
89049'26" West a distance of 404.46 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 191-20;
thence South 6°31'41" East a distance of 183.94 feet along said Easterly right-of-way line; thence
North 89°53'58" East a distance of 144.53 feet (Deed 140.0' more or less) along the northerly right-
