NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, December 13, 2000 at 7:20 P. M., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding
the proposed rezoning to provide as follows:
That the owners of the following described property are requesting that it be rezoned to H.D.R.
(High -Density Residential) to allow for multi housing to be built. The property is currently
zoned M.D.R. (Medium Density Residential).
The property is located on the corner of 700 South and 300 East, Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho, and legally described as follows:
Commencing at a point 1516 feet South of the Northeast corner of the
Southwest Quarter (which point is the Southeast corner of the Rolling
Hills Estates Subdivision, Division No. 2) and running thence South 1124
feet to the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence West 2190
feet; thence North 918.5 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence South 918.5 feet;
thence West 300 feet to the point of beginning in Section 29, Twp. 6 N., R. 40
E. Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed rezoning. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. December 12, 2000.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

CHANGE IN THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY UPON
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
I. Ordinance No. 725 is hereby amended as follows:
