IDAHO 833 ROADWAY EASEMENT Madison Cooperative Assoc., Inc., an Idaho corporation, having been duly authorized by its Board of Directors, and acting by and through its Manager, with its Principal place of business at Rexburg, Idaho, hereinafter called "Grantor," a corporation, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to Raymond K. Hill and Shanna Hill, husband and wife, of 328 East Main Street, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, hereinafter called "Grantees", their heirs, successors and assigns forever, a perpetual roadway easement for access to and from, and which shall be appurtenant to the property hereinafter described, across the following described real property, to -wit: Beginning at a point 205 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 4 in Block 25 of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 330 feet, thence East 73 feet more or less to the West line of an existing railroad spur line, thence in a South and Southwesterly direction along the West side of said railway spur line to the South line of said Block 25, thence West to the point of beginning. The easement hereby granted is perpetual, shall run with the land and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of Grantees and shall be appurtenant to the following described real property of the Grantees situated in Madison County, Idaho, to -wit: STATE OF IDAHO, ss. County of Madison.
