IDAHO 833 ROADWAY EASEMENT Madison Cooperative Assoc., Inc., an Idaho corporation, having been duly authorized by its Board of Directors, and acting by and through its Manager, with its Principal place of business at Rexburg, Idaho, hereinafter called "Grantor," a corporation, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to Raymond K.
