HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE - Bigelow, Dave - 357 S 4th W - Rezone from HBD to HDRNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, October 25, 2000, at 7:10 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone change from Highway Business District (HBD) to High Density Residential (HDR). The said property is located at 357 So. 4`h West, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Commencing at a point 208 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 in Block 1 of the Klingler Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 22 feet; thence East 330 feet; thence South 105 feet; thence West 227 feet; thence North 83 feet; thence West 103 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. October 24, 2000.
