NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, January 12, 2000, at 7:15 P. M. at the
Rexburg City Hall, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, will
hold a public hearing pertaining to the proposed annexation to the City of the following
described property located on South 5`" West and 7' South and described as:
Commencing at the northwest corner of section 31, Township 6 North, Range 40 East,
Boise Meridian, and running thence N 89° 45' 53' E, 1318.09 feet; thence S 0° 18' 18" E,
661.04 feet; thence S 89° 48' 14" W, 627.67 feet; thence S 06° 28'50" W, 398.12 feet;
thence S 57° 01'39" W, 242.82 feet; thence S 46° 35'20"W, 195.17 feet; thence S 89°
39' 09" W, 302.09 feet, to the West line of section 31; thence N 00° 16,38" W, 294.70 feet
along the section line; thence S 87° 23'3311 W, 220.6 feet; thence N 01° 34'30" W, 75.9
feet; thence N 52° 06'30" W, 114.7 feet; thence N 28° 10'30"W, 263.0 feet; thence N 03°
4513011 E, 658.5 feet to the north line of section 36; thence N 89° 46' 26" E, 394.0 feet
to the northeast corner of section 36, which point is the point of beginning.
At that time the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear and consider any and all protestes
against the annexation of said property; and said property, if annexed to the City will be Zoned
Low Density Residential (LDRI). The City Clerk will also accept written comment at City Hall
prior to 4:00 P. M. January 12, 2000.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 Idaho Code, and all
amendments thereof.
