The information below and the drawings attached Will be incorporated into the contract documents. Item #S - 1Vliscelianeaus: a. Wader table/basement. Our research shows that there are established houses north of our site (between Highway 33 and tete Teton River) that have basements. Also, there are houses south of aut� site with basements. Per our submitted g��adrn��lan, we are building up our site which will reduce the depth of our basement. b. Attic ventilation details c. Identify weep holes and flashing at masonry veneer. Please refer to attached drawing sheet A-5, building sections. d. Provide two restrooms as per Section 290 1. 1. A second accessible restroom has been added, please refer to attached drawing sheets-1. e. X -Ray wail shielding. ,4n x-ray manufacturer and model has not been selected by the Ckwner at this time.
