The following comments refer to the house pian referenced above. All hold downs shall be installed as
required by the manufacturer.
1. Provide Si'mpsort STHD14 hold dawns each side of each garage door.
2. AIS exterior framed walls are 2x6 @ 16" o.c. and are shear walls. Provide 1/z"APA, rated sheathing
with Sd nails at 4" o.c. at paned edges and 12" o.c. in the field. Blocking is required.
3. The interior wall between the garage and living space is a shear wall and shad be configured as
described initem 2 above.

The City of Rexburg Building Department and Planning & honing staff' have
reviewed the files and inspection tickets with respect to the property located at 57S
Golden Willow Drive, and have found that according to inspection tickets dated
10I3/05 and II/1S/a5, the corner sidewalk access was required. The Certificate of
Occupancy was issued with Special Conditions "Concrete side walk at driveway &
access sidewalk at the earner to the street tQ be inspected in the Spring".
Consequently, the City of Rexburg asks that you make arrangements to have said
property brought into compliance. Wc appreciate your cooperation. Please contract
