AIS exterior framed walls are 2x6 @ 16" o.c. and are shear walls. Provide 1/z"APA, rated sheathing with Sd nails at 4" o.c. at paned edges and 12" o.c. in the field. Blocking is required. 3. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued with Special Conditions "Concrete side walk at driveway & access sidewalk at the earner to the street tQ be inspected in the Spring".
