Rik Wadholm proposed zone change from HBD to HDR.
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of lot 3, block 1, Klingler Addition to the City of
Rexburg, and running thence South 100 feet; thence East 330 feet; thence North 100 feet;
thence West 330 feet to the point of beginning.
2. Commencing at a point 208 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 in Block 1 of the
Klingler Addition to the City of Rexburg. Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded
plat thereof, and running thence North 22 feet; thence East 330 feet; thence South 105
feet; thence west 227 feet; thence North 83 feet; thence West 103 feet to the point of
beginning.
3. Commencing at a point that is 107 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1
of the Klingler Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the
recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 103 feet; thence North 101 feet; thence
West 103 feet; thence South 101 feet to the point of beginning.
