I, Jeff Rydalch, being first duly sworn, depose and say, that
I am the business manager of the STANDARD
JOURNAL, a 5 times a weed newspaper published 5 times
a week in Madison and Fremont Counties, Idaho; and i do
solemnly swear that the Public Hearing - South 3rd West
and Railroad Property, a copy of which notice appears
attached hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue
of said newspaper, and not in any supplement issue, once an
issue thereof for two issues., the first publication hawing been
made on July S, 2005 and the Iasi publication having been
