Annexation 05-002040 Publish March 22, 2005. _IC H ARING Cfl-Y OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT � REXBURG C 19 EAST MAIR STREET — AMERICASFAMIYCQwMUNRY 2005 ANNEXATION PLAN April 07, 2005 In accordance with Idaho Code Title 50-222, 5.a.b.ili, the City provides the following information pertaining to the parcels shown and numbered on the attached map (Attachment A): In accordance with Idaho Code Title section 67-6511A, The City will require or permit as a condition of rezoning that an owner or developer makes a written commitment (DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT) concerning the use or development of the subject parcel. It is proposed that the City of Rexburg would annex an area located west of Hwy 20 and north of University Blvd (adjacent to 12t^ West) into the City. The area has been petitioned for annexation by the property owners. The extension of Infrastructure to this area has already been started and/or completed and the City anticipates servicing all new developments in the area with municipal services as soon as is practicable. Water service is already available east of Hwy 20 adjacent to the property. Water and Sewer services have been extended south to Golden Beauty Drive east of the petitioned properties. Parcels included in this plan are as per the map labeled as'Attachment A' (a) Tax supported municipal services to be provided to this newly annexed area include police, fire and other city services including snow removal, public works and planning and zoning services.
