ZONE CHANGE
On March 26, 2002, Kay Burton presented to the Rexburg City Clerk a Request and
Application for Zone Change on property located at 710 So. 5' West in the City of
Rexburg, said property to be changed from Low Density Residential 1 (LDRI) to
Medium Density Residential (MDR).
2. On April 10, 2002, Kay Burton appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission for
the City of Rexburg requesting annexation and zone change on property located at 710
So. 5' West from Low Density Residential 1 (LDRI) to Medium Density Residential
(MDR). This request was denied to go to public hearing for the reasons it was felt the
neighborhood should remain LDRI for the time and other property located in the same
neighborhood had been denied a zone change.

from Low Density Residential 1 (LDRl) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). This

should remain LDRl for the time and other property located in the same neighborhood
had been denied a zone change.
On May 8, 2002, Kay Burton appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission for the
City of Rexburg requesting a zone change on property located at 710 South 5' West from
Low Density Residential 1 (LDRl) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The request
was again denied to go to public hearing for the reason that it was encroaching on an
established single family neighborhood on the West side of 5s` West.
