Zollinger. The said property is located at 23 South Center in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Zollinger Property Commencing at a point 165 feet South of the NW corner of Lot 2, Block 38 of the City of Rexburg, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South 49 '/i feet; thence East 99 feet; thence North 49 '/2 feet; and thence West 99 feet to the place of beginning. City of Rexburg Property (approximately) Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 2 Block 38 of the City of Rexburg, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 60 feet; thence East 80 feet; thence South 60 feet; thence West 80 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed exchange. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 4th, 2002.
