REQUIREMENTS FOR REZONING REQUEST: The following information will assist the Commission and City Council to determine if your proposal will meet the requirements under the zoning ordinance. If not, are measures being proposed to assure that public facilities and services will be adequate to serve any new development? Yes, the net usable ground is 2.28 acres. 4. What are the surrounding land uses? What are the existing uses presently permitted under the ordinance?
