NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at 7:40 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding
annexation and zone change to Medium Density Residential (MDR).
The said property is located at 480 So. 1500 West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 6
N., R 39 E., Boise Mer., Madison County, Idaho, and running thence South 89048130"
West a distance of 717.97 feet along the East-West quarter section line to the East right-
of-way of U. S. Highway 191-20; thence North 0°08'31" West a distance of 341.00 feet
along said East right-of-way; thence North 89°48'30" East a distance of 717.12 feet to the
North-South quarter section line; thence South 0°17'07" East a distance of 341.00 feet
along the said quarter section line to the point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2002.
