SATISFACTION OF THE SANITARY RESTRICTIONS. BUYER IS CAUTIONED
THAT AT THE TIME OF THIS APPROVAL, NO DRINKING WATER OR
SEWER/SEPTIC FACILITIES WERE CONSTRUCTED. BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION CAN BE ALLOWED WITH APPROPRIATE BUILDING
PERMITS IF DRINKING WATER OR SEWER FACILITIES HAVE SINCE BEEN
