NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday August 1, 2002, at 7:10 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
zone change request from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to HDR (High Density
Residential).
The said property is located west of 549 South 1500 West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning a point that is N.89°48'35"E. along the East-West Center Section line 1919.44 feet from the
West 1/4 Comer of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian, said POINT OF
BEGINNING being on the East Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway 20; running thence N.89°48'35"E.
along said East-West Center Section line 321.09 feet; thence S.00°00'07"W. 329.91 feet; thence
N.89"54'55"W. 321.80 feet to said East Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway 20; thence N.00°07'29"E.
along said East Right -of -Way line 329.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 2.43 acres.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all
amendments thereof.
