Box 280 Rexburg, ID 83440 RE: Zone change request — proposed 4-plex, married housing complex along 1500 West Please note this preliminary site plan is being submitted only for the information shown on the plan that may be beneficial to the Planning and Zoning Board in considering the zone change request. The final site plan will be submitted for Planning and Zoning review and approval following the zone change if allowed. Please also note that the sewer and water in 1500 West is being installed and the final site plan will address the points of connection to these utilities when the final site plan is submitted.
