NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of
the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday September 18, 2002, at 7:40 p.m., in the City Council
Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone change
from HBD (Highway Business District) to HDR (High Density Residential) to conform to
existing use as Rockland Apartments.
The said property is located at 235 West 4'" South in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 82.5 feet West of the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Block 12 of the
Parker Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat
thereof, and running thence South 330 feet; thence East 227.5 feet; thence North 330
feet; thence West 227.5 feet to the point of beginning.
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations
relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City
Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on September 17, 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

a 3 times a week newspaper printed and published 3 times a
week in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Public Hearing -- 235 West 4th
South, a copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was
published in the regular and entire issue of supplement
issue thereof for Two consecutive issues, the first
publication having been made on September 2, 2002 and
the last publication having been made on September 16,
2002.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to
legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at
least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of
seventy-eight consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of the said notice.
