NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at 7:10 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding
annexation and a zone change from Rural Residential (RR) to Medium Density Residential
(MDR).
The said property is located at 786 So. 1500 West, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is
described as follows:
Commencing at a point that is West 194.75 feet and North 730 feet from the
Southeast corner SW 1/4 Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise
Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, and running thence in a Northerly curve
to the right with a radius of 525.40 feet, tangent of 201.874 feet; 376.93 feet,
a reverse curve to the left having a radius of 465.90 feet, and a tangent of 178.84
feet, 136.94 feet, thence South 419.70 feet, thence West 194.75 feet to the point
of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 12, 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
