Observations/ Remarks
I arrived at the at 6:10 am. The contractor was waiting for the second concrete truck to arrive on the
site because the first concrete truck was too wet (low slump), the truck driver told him. They wanted
to let it dry while the second truck was coming to start with.
I decided to test the concrete from that first truck after the second truck left. I then tested and
reported the results to both the contractor and to truck driver.
Items observed are in general conformance with approved project documents and jurisdictional requirements.
