Design Standards- (centrad features and

two of the features required, e.g. patio/seating
area, pedestrian plaza with benches, etc.
Parking spaces that are adjacent to sidewalks
shall include wheel stops, or increase sidewalk
width in these areas to G feet to allow for
overhang.
Please address all these issues on a realised
set of plans. (Both building and site plan).
Continuous pedestrian walkways must be
provided from the public, right of way to the
building entrance. See section 4-a.x,of the
Develpment Cady for requirements and
specifications.
Sections of the North and South facades da not
meet the detail features standard as described
in seection 4-a.iji. of the Development Code.
The Development Code prohibits the use of
Henn tubing dor trim or accent. See section
4 -ax.
The customer entrances on the North and
South side of the building mush incorporate at
least three of the features listed in section
4-axi. of the Development Code.
The doors on the trash receptacle enlasure
should not swing over and block the access to
the sidwalk and ramp.
Lanscaping along the North property Nine and in
the Northwest corner must include a 3 to 4 foot
earthen berm with landscaping to screen the
parking ares.
North and South facades need to incorporate
wall projections or recess as described in
