Please address all these issues on a realised set of plans. (Both building and site plan). Continuous pedestrian walkways must be provided from the public, right of way to the building entrance. See section 4-a.x,of the Develpment Cady for requirements and specifications. Sections of the North and South facades da not meet the detail features standard as described in seection 4-a.iji. of the Development Code. The Development Code prohibits the use of Henn tubing dor trim or accent. See section 4 -ax. The customer entrances on the North and South side of the building mush incorporate at least three of the features listed in section 4-axi. of the Development Code. The doors on the trash receptacle enlasure should not swing over and block the access to the sidwalk and ramp.
