NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, May 22nd, 2002, at 7:10 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone
change from High Density Residential (HDR) to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2).
The said property is located at the north side of 7' South and 3td West in Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is N 89°45'53" E 1318.07 feet along the section line from the
southwest corner of Section 30, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho and running thence N 00°16'01" W 494.72 feet; thence N
89°45'53" E4r74-286fe to the west right-of-way line on 2nd West in the City of Rexburg,
Idaho; thence along saidtright-of--way line S 00° 15.00 feet; thence S
88022'24" W 413.12 feet; th 9" W 469.74 feet to the south line of Section
