The said property is located 35 West 2°d North in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 23 of the Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the official plat thereof, and running S. 181.50 feet; thence E. 330 feet; thence N. 88 feet; thence W. 160 feet; thence N. 93.5 feet; thence W. 170 feet to the point of beginning.
