NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, July 18', 2002, at 7:35 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding an
application for variance.
The said property is located 35 West 2°d North in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 23 of the Townsite of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the official plat thereof, and running S. 181.50 feet; thence
E. 330 feet; thence N. 88 feet; thence W. 160 feet; thence N. 93.5 feet; thence W. 170 feet to the
point of beginning. ALSO: Commencing at a point 148.50 feet N. of the SE corner of Lot 1,
Block 23 of the Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the official plat
thereof, this being the point of beginning, thence W. 240.00 feet, thence S. 1.125 feet, thence
E. 240.00 feet, thence N. 1.125 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
Commencing at a point 148.50 feet N. Of the SE comer of Lot 1, Block 23 of the Townsite of
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the official plat thereof, and running thence W.
240.00 feet to the point of beginning, thence N. 3.00 feet, thence W. 90.00 feet, thence S. 3.00
feet, thence E. 90 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 23 of the Townsite of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the official plat thereof, and running thence N. 90°00'00"
E. 170.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence S. 0°00'00" E. A distance of 93.50 feet;
thence N. 90°00'00" E. A distance of 5.00 feet; thence N. 0°00'00" E. A distance of 93.50 feet;
thence N. 90000'00" W. A distance of 5.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on 17th of July, 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
