HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE 1.22.2003 - City of Rexburg - between railroad tracks & 1st E near 295 N 1st E - Rec Center - Rezone form LI to OSNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday January 22, 2003, at 7:40 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a zone change from LI (Light Industrial) to OS (Open Space). The said property is located between the Railroad Tracks and 0 East near 295 North 0 East in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Tract I: Commencing at a point that is 933.52 feet S 89°44'47"W of the SE corner of the NE Quarter of Sect 19, T6N, R40E, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho and thence North to the center of the South Fork of the Teton River; thence following along the center of said river to the East line of the Eastern Idaho Railroad right of way; thence following said right of way in a Southwesterly direction to where it intersects the South boundary line of the North half of said Sect 19; thence N 89044'58"E 923.05 feet to the point of beginning.
