The said property is located at: 420 West 4' South in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Tract 1 Beginning at a point which is on the North boundary of West Fourth South Street and bears North 8905946" West a distance of 82.5 feet from the southeast corner of Block 2 of said Klingler Addition and also bears North 69026'29" West a distance of 140.98 feet from the South Fourth West and West Fourth South Street intersection monument; thence proceeding along the North line of said West Fourth South Street North 89°59'46" West a distance of 505.86 feet to the Easterly boundary of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of- way; thence proceeding along said right-of-way boundary North 30°23'39" East a distance 475.30 feet; thence away from said right-of-way South 89°59'48" East a distance of 17.85 feet; thence North 00°00'10" West a distance of 30.43 feet to a point of said railroad right-of-way; thence along said right-of-way North 30023'39" East a distance of 254.54 feet to the North line of BIock 12 of said Southend Addition; thence along said north line of Block 12 South 89059'48" East a distance of 201.21 feet; thence along the West side of South Fourth West Street South 00°0'10" East a distance of 495.00 feet; thence North 89°59'48" West a distance fo 82.50 feet; thence South 00°00'28" East a distance of 165.00 feet to the point of beginning.
