Change the spelling of the word bases to basis, for the basis of bearings. 3. The buildings are not parallel to one another, nor to 7`h south, correct so that the setback and right-of-way distances will be correct to the right-of-way. 4. Are you.really placing property pins outside of your plat boundar}l. 5. Remove the curve information that is shown on sunflower road, what does it pertain to? 6. Show all of the adjoiners, and is the hash receptacle on someone else's property, why is it shown? 7. The distance' along Countryside Avenue is incorrect. 8. Ck�mge the title of the subdivision in the owners certificate and the recorders certificate to be the same as the plat, "The Meadows Phase 2 Townhouse Development". 9. In the legend you have a symbol for centerline, what is centerline parking?
