ZONE CHANGE
On November 4, 2002, Nick Allison presented to the Rexburg City Clerk a Request and
Application for a Zone Change on property located at 405 West 4'h South in the City of
Rexburg, said property to be changed from Highway Business District (HBD) to Medium
Density Residential 2 (MDR2).
2. On December 19, 2002, Nick Allison appeared before the Planning & Zoning Commission
for the City of Rexburg requesting a zone change of said property located at 405 West 4'h
South from Highway Business District (HBD) to Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2).
3. The Planning and Zoning Commission received input from property owners and interested
citizens and upon review, the Commission found that the requested change was not
consistent with existing zoning.
4. The request was denied.
