The open side faces the north parking lot.
The sed back will be increased to 2S', The attached sketch will be
issued to the Contractor as a change order.
It is the intent of the design that the snow for the west parking area
be hushed to the north. The storage capacity in the wept landscape
strip is very limited and pushing snow into the landscape area such
as this �vou�d �e�pardize the plant materials. We have provided a
cropped back curb along the north area. There i's significantly
more capacity for snow storage at that location.
A pedestrian walkway will be added ger our phone discussion of
1.6 May. dee the attached sketch. This sketch will be issued to the
Contractor as a change order.

The overhang is only m i n i mal — j ust slightly over afoot and the
upper roof planes away from the observer. Therefore it is a mar
element �n the overall composition. In lieu of varying the
overhang or breaking the roof line which we feel would be out of
context with the arehitectural style, we chose to utilize the brick
accent panels vith the quoins and stag bond brick prefer to detail
G/A212) to vary the surface of the masonry wall inunediately
beneath the overhang. This is a much more dominant building
element. we anticipate that this will draw the attention away from
the roof line. In addition, the building fagade at the lower fever
which will interface visually with pedestrian
displaying an ample amount of variation with th
entrances, the vv�.daw treatments and the variala�
