1. The north access road into the S1 is shown
as 24 feet wide. This is too narrow. For the
major access the road needs to be of least 30
feet wide.
2. The front and rear yard setbacks for this
zone have not been met.
3. Where the buildings are set fight an the
corners it will be difficult for fire engines and
moving trucks to make the corners. This needs
to be reviewed closer.
4. The setbacks shown an the buildings needs
to be to the drip line of the roof. It appears that
the measurements are to the foundations.

Without lobated street names it is difficult to
determined how the addressing will be
assigned on this plat. We have the same
potential problems as Parkside here with units
facing a green space rather than a road. The
developer has agreed to Apartment style
addressing. This will require an address index
map displayed at each at the entrances.
The Mame "Pioneer Village' is being used just
across Mariah Ave.
