This letter provides written response to the comments and requests a cursory check by the Design Review Committee prior to campletion and submittal of the final revised site ;plan and complete construction set. Thank yau for your offer for a quick response from the City in order to maintain our building schedule. As we discus -sod earlier this week, we understood that our Site Plan application submitted can 7/706 was approved with revisions addressing the remaining few planning comments submitted an 11/17/06 along with the Building Permit Application. Based upon those earlier discussions with City staff, we were given some assurance that we could anticipate a building permit late December and therefore scheduled a construction start the first week of February, 2a07. Anything you can suggest to salvage thi's construction schedule will be greatly appreciated. We understand your dilemma coming into this project mid -stream presents its challenges and we appreciate your effort Whelp us get the protect hack on track.
