Applicant will need to obtain a sign permit for
any free standing or wall signs.
As part of the CBC zone, the properties in the
area must provide for "integrated development
therefore the applicant/property owner is
required to install sideways from the subject
property sidewalks network to the Golden
Beauty Drive sidewalk or an equivalent
alternative.
Accessible parking spaces should be hooked
at. The sidewalk ramp should be in the same
location as the pan accessible aisle. Also,
because there are three accessible spaces,
two loading aisles should be included on the
site plan;,a van loading aisle and a car loading
aisle.
In lieu of no wheel stops being provided, remised
site plan should include 6 -foot sidewalks where
parking spaces and sidewalk are adjacent to
one another.
Proposed future expansion area is not part of
this review and will require future site plan

1 . We need to receive the actual fixture
schedules so we can determine if the correct
tykes are to be used. Fixtures need to be fully
shielded and be dark sky compliant.
2. The east access drive is a shared approach.
Has an agreement been negotiated with the
owner for this shared use?
3. The trash recepticles will require that the
containers be rolled out for dumping. Our truck
is a side loader and cannot lift from the front.
